SignCalcPro is designed to provide sign industry cost calculations, material estimations, reference guides, and quoting tools for Channel Letters, Vinyl Graphics, Vehicle Wraps, Banners, Dimensional Signs, and Quote Estimates (the "Services"). The specific features and capabilities of the App may change from time to time.

3. Credits and Payments

SignCalcPro uses a credit-based system for premium calculations. Credits may be obtained through subscription plans or individual purchases.

• Each premium calculation uses one credit.
• Pro subscribers receive unlimited access to all calculators with no credit cost.
• Free users receive credits to try premium calculators.
• Purchased credits do not expire.
• Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or App Store policies.

4. Disclaimer of Accuracy

Important: The cost calculations, material estimates, and pricing recommendations provided by SignCalcPro are intended as general guidelines only. They are NOT certified cost assessments and should NOT be used as a substitute for professional estimating judgment, verified supplier pricing, or binding contract values.

Users are solely responsible for verifying all calculations against actual material costs, labor rates, and project specifications before use in client-facing quotes. SignCalcPro assumes no liability for any financial loss resulting from the use of calculations provided by the App.

5. User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Sign fabrication and installation require proper training, licensing, and safety equipment.
• You will always verify calculated costs against actual supplier pricing and labor rates.
• You will follow all safety protocols and local regulations for sign installation.
• The App is a reference and estimation tool and does not replace professional sign industry experience.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionalities available through the App are owned by or licensed to SignCalcPro and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SignCalcPro makes no warranties regarding the operation or availability of the App. Cost calculations and material estimates may vary based on actual market conditions and are not guaranteed to be accurate for any particular project.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignCalcPro and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages related to sign projects quoted or executed using calculations from the App.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SignCalcPro's principal operations are based. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
